SUBJECT: THE OBSERVATION WAR // YEAR: 1986

Lothan Wynfyr is a gifted “Observer” in the CIA’s Gateway program, using the harmonics of the mind to project her consciousness across the globe. Deep behind the Iron Curtain, sealed inside a literal dark reflection known as a Kozyrev Mirror, “Psychonaut” Sergei Roskolov harnesses torsion fields to the same effect and purpose.

They are enemies in an unseen war of surveillance, until an encounter between the two sends Lothan’s mind where no one has ever gone or returned.

The impact draws a mysterious young woman into Lothan’s life, carrying strange abilities and a catastrophic warning: Space and time are collapsing into each other.

The cause lies deep in the USSR, where Commander Volodin has perfected a new prototype Mirror capable of twisting time-energy. He intends to rewrite how humanity observes reality—outward and within—piercing the veils between dimensions to enslave the collective human will to a single, cold narrative.

Now, the American Observer and the Soviet Psychonaut must bridge the divide to master the planes of creation before existence itself comes undone.

Inspired by the actual “Gateway Process” and “Kozyrev Mirror” experiments of the 1980s.
